Colossians 2:20 – 3:17
This morning we continue with our series in the letter to the Colossians. Paul has painted an image of the supremacy of Christ, and how the identity of the people is found not in rules or regulations but in Christ alone. In Colossians 3, Paul considers what it means for the church to live out this new life in Christ. The letter emphasises the practices of the community as important for the shaping of the people. So it’s good that this morning we also share in communion together, welcome Sue Perry into membership, and celebrate with the Osborne family as they dedicate baby Anne.
