Darren Ayling

Darren joined the Central pastoral team in 2008, and is Co- Pastor. Before studying theology at Carey Baptist College he was a Speech & Language Therapist working with patients with head and neck cancer.

Darren thinks Central is a great place made up of people on different journeys and stages of faith. He believes church should be a safe place that welcomes difference, and embraces a variety of traditions and practices.

Darren is married to Lou and they have two children. He has supported Arsenal faithfully since the age of 5 and the Dallas Cowboys avidly since the age of 8.

In his spare time, Darren enjoys writing about himself in the third person.

Andrew Bollen

Andrew is co-pastor at Central. Andrew is married to Xanthia and they have four children (one deceased) aged from 26-20. He loves movies, computers and is a great fan of Pink Floyd. Andrew started here at the beginning of 2011 after ministering at Karori and New Plymouth West Baptist Churches. Once upon a time he worked for Telecom.

Andrew and Xanthia are currently the wardens for Central House - our ministry to students.

Roselyn Tan

Roselyn works part time for Central as our Office Administrator.

Liz Eichler

Liz is Central's Children's worker and works part time.

Stephen Bowater

Stephen works part time for Central as our Youth Worker. As you can see he is very elusive when it comes to having his photograph taken.

Bec Osborne

Bec works part-time for Central. She is responsible for the day to day accounts and book-keeping for the church.
